New Regulations for all Aspects of Oil Production Predicted

Recently, attorneys from the LeClariRyan national law firm in Houston outlined "a raft of existing or potential regulations that could affect oil and gas companies in 2015 and beyond."  Among potential issues cited were; changes by OSHA to injury reporting requirements, continued state and local fracking regulations with bans and restrictive clauses, tougher reporting requirements on manufacturer of products used in the oil and gas industry, and new EPA standards on methane and volatile organic compound emissions.
