Energy for transportation, industrial use, and social development will be without parallel in linking science and mankind in the 21st century. As the role of natural gas expands to meet this need, research will play a vital role in identifying and developing new methods for exploring, producing and transporting this valuable energy resource.

RPSEA has awarded funding to 22 research projects that focus on increasing energy supply from domestic ultra-deepwater and unconventional onshore resources. Abstracts and summaries for the completed projects are listed below.
