Join RPSEA and Kansas Geological Survey (The Univeristy of Kansas) for a reception on April 29 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Courtyard by Marriott at Wichita Old Town for all those attending the Establishing RPSEA-Funded Initiatives for Small Producers for 2010 Forum. This is a great opportunity to network and enjoy comraderie with those in the industry who will be attending the forum on April 30.
Every year for ten years, RPSEA will use its $37.5 million budget to fund various industry-backed research projects related to a) ultra-deepwater, b) unconventional resources, and c) small producers. RPSEA’s budget for the Small Producer Program is around $3 million/yr. This meeting will focus on small producers and researchers from the Mid-Continent (especially KS, OK, CO, and NM) to network, discuss, and define “focus areas” related to Mid-Continent producibility problems. Small producers are encouraged to provide input to define these “focus areas” and to create and participate in research alliances targeting solutions that can be funded by RPSEA as part of their FY 2010 program.
Please consider participating in this meeting hosted by the Kansas Geological Survey (The University of Kansas) and local industry partners to help define the technical needs that can be addressed by RPSEA’s funding to increase domestic oil and gas production. Click here to attend the forum.
You must register for the forum and the reception separately by April 27.
