Project Objectives

Houston Offshore Engineering (HOE) has prepared designs, analysis and performed wind tunnel and wave tank tests of their proprietary Paired Column Semisubmersible to support dry tree field developments in 10,000 fsw. A feature of this design is the ability to commission the topside quayside in the GOM.
